Walk into every session already briefed
Before each appointment, Althio turns the patient's week, scores and flags into a brief you can read in under a minute: what changed, what repeated and what needs attention first.
Brief · Jordan M.
What changed
Suggested focus
Sleep routine and the Thursday night episode.
The first fifteen minutes go on catching up
By the next session, most of what happened in the week has been forgotten or smoothed over. The clinician starts cold, and the session spends its opening on reconstruction.
Three steps, from setup to the session
You set the care plan
You choose what Althio should follow for this patient: sleep, mood, avoidance, practice and measures.
The patient checks in
Between sessions, the patient shares what happens, in their own words, when it happens.
The brief is ready
Before the session, Althio writes a brief you can read in under a minute, with flags at the top.
What is included
What changed
Signals that moved since the last session, such as sleep, mood or plans cancelled.
Needs attention first
Any flag from the week and how it was handled, before anything else.
Trends
Four-week views of the signals in the care plan.
Measures
The latest PHQ-9, GAD-7 or custom scale score beside the previous one.
Suggested focus
A short suggestion for where the session might start. You decide.
Shaped by the care plan
The brief follows what you asked Althio to follow, and nothing else.
What it does and what it does not do
What it does
- Summarises the patient's check-ins since the last session
- Shows flags and who responded to them
- Follows the care plan you set
What it does not do
- Diagnose or recommend treatment
- Show you pages of transcript
- Replace your clinical judgement
Protected like the rest of the record
Everything Althio holds is covered by HIPAA and by the business associate agreement Althio signs with every practice. Access is limited to the treating team, and every access is logged.
How long does a brief take to read?
A brief is written to be read in under a minute, so it fits in the minutes before a session.
Does the brief show the patient's messages?
The brief shows patterns and the moments that need you, not pages of transcript. Patients are told what their clinician will see.
Can I change what the brief covers?
Yes. The brief follows the care plan, and you can change the care plan at any session.
